You may be asking why was there a part 1 & 2, the answer is that Murray missed the first scheduled cycle to Glendalough due to surgery and was adamant that he would complete the cycle each year and so he organised a second cycle. I would like to thank Moira, Maurice and Clive Ahern for waving Murray off from the start in Seapark. Murray was joined by John & Ken O’Gorman in Dublin City Centre and by Colin McGhee and Michael Callan in Donnybrook. I was delighted that Michael joined us as far as Enniskerry having already completed the cycle earlier in the summer. Many thanks also to John & Ken O’Gorman who were at the earlier event and came again for a second time this summer. Thank you to Colin McGhee for coming on the cycle for the last time as a single man and here’s to your wedding in October. On this occasion we stayed in the Lynhams Hotel and based on feedback it might be our new permanent location. I would like to thank all my friends for continuing to support this enjoyable occasion and we look forward to doing it again in the summer of 2013.
